Click to open the selection of available prompts

2. Proactive Prompt Selection
Before sending your message, you can designate a dedicated prompt:
Use the Prompt Button in the Send-Box
Make your selection from the portfolio of available specialists
Compose your message as usual
Upon sending, your selected prompt will directly process the request
